We set up shop in Historic Downtown Martinez, a stretch of old California that still moves at its own pace — walkable, unhurried, and genuinely neighborly. That energy is baked into everything we do.

Meat is the star here. Every sandwich is built so the bread is just along for the ride — nothing padded, nothing pre-packaged.
The House-Roasted Turkey
Our turkey isn't sliced off a corporate deli log — it's roasted in-house, and regulars will tell you they can taste the difference immediately. It's become the thing people drive to Martinez for.
Named After the Neighborhood
When we named a sandwich "The Marina," we weren't branding — we were just being honest about where we belong.
The Regulars Run This Place
We've never done much marketing — we've just tried to make every sandwich worth coming back for. The fact that people do, again and again, is the only endorsement we've ever needed.
